The “Defense Sector. Change Makers” program brings together representatives of government institutions, security and defense agencies, civil society, the defense industry, think tanks, and veterans—creating a solid platform for cross-sectoral collaboration and development.
This educational program provides an in-depth understanding of Ukraine’s defense institutions, military strategies and doctrines, NATO standards, strategic leadership and communications, tools of hybrid warfare, and military diplomacy. The course fosters the development of analytical and advocacy skills and supports the growth of a strong community of change agents within the defense sector.
The program includes lectures, seminars, and practical components delivered by top Ukrainian officials, international experts, and representatives of leading think tanks and educational institutions. Participants gain access to cutting-edge knowledge and experience to implement new strategies and reforms in the defense sector and to ensure effective governance in times of transformation.
