Junior Analyst

Vladyslav Panov is a junior analyst specialising in security and defence policy, with a particular focus on the military industry, defence-industrial cooperation, military modernisation, and foreign affairs, especially United States policy. He works with issues related to the development of Ukraine’s defence-industrial base, the role of international cooperation in strengthening military capabilities, and the transformation of security institutions under wartime conditions. His research also focuses on identifying, systematising, and analysing Russia’s hybrid activities against Europe and NATO, including military provocations, sabotage, attacks on critical infrastructure, cyber operations, and other forms of coercive pressure.

Vladyslav gained professional experience as an Analyst Trainee at the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and later continued his work as a Junior Analyst at the Reform Support Office of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.

He holds a BA in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Political Science from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His academic and professional background combines political analysis, defence policy, institutional reform, and a strong interest in the development of Ukraine’s military-technological potential.
