Taras Doroniuk

Expert in public policy and analytics with a focus on defense. His professional career includes work in think tanks in various sectors.

Currently, he is part of the team of the Reforms Support Office of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, responsible for creating an advisory structure and managing a portfolio of projects, including the development of a think tank, integration of new combat capabilities, and other projects.

Prior to that, Taras held senior positions at the Kyiv School of Economics, where he was engaged in the transformation of the KSE Institute’s analytical direction and managed projects for USAID, UKAID, the World Bank, and other international organizations. Previously, he headed the operations of the CEDOS think tank, where he doubled institutional funding and improved the organization’s international visibility.

Taras is a co-author of a book on research team management and analytical work, and has experience in consulting other think tanks.

He holds a master’s degree in public policy and administration from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
