Matvii Maksymiv

A third-year Political Science student at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, combining academic studies with hands-on analytical work in OSINT and security research.

Since 2025, he has volunteered at the Ukrainian analytical centre StateWatch (Trap Aggressor), where he completed an internship in 2026. He specialises in OSINT-based sanctions research, tracking the international activities of sanctioned corporations and Russian defence industry enterprises through open registries and databases.

In 2025, he authored analytical articles on the Russian military-industrial complex.

In 2026, he completed an international advocacy and communications course from Speak4Ukraine, acquiring skills in government relations, public diplomacy, advocacy campaign development, and strategic communications.
