A specialist in communications and educational initiatives, Kateryna’s professional experience spans the commercial sector, Ukrainian government institutions, and the non-governmental field.
At Transparency International Ukraine, she implemented the communication strategy for a public procurement monitoring project. At the Reform Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, she was responsible for reforming human resource policy and the digitalization of public services. In her current role in the Sahaidachnyi Security Center, she leads educational projects aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s defense ecosystem.
From 2015 to 2018, she served as Head of Development and Communications for the educational initiative Civil and Political School, which provided training in public administration.
Kateryna also leads the NGO Reskill, which focuses on cultural and educational projects, regional development, and strengthening the connections between government, business, and civil society.
She holds a Master’s degree in History from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
