A specialist in state policy, defense industry issues, and the development of civil-military cooperation, a military and political analyst. His professional experience spans media, analytical centers, academic institutions, and the public sector.
He began his professional journey as a military analyst during his university studies. In 2021, he contributed to the development of a training manual for BTR-4 personnel at the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
He worked at JSC “NSTU”, after the beginning of the full-scale war, he was a communications specialist at the charitable foundation “Tin Vorona”. As an analyst, he was involved in the work of the Defence Alliance of Ukraine, Dual Use Technology Cluster, UkrMilTech. He also worked at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Arthur holds a Master’s degree in Political Science (with honors) from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. During his studies, he interned at the Institute of World Policy under the guidance of political expert Yevhen Magda and participated in academic research and events. He also studied at the University of Regina in Canada, focusing on political conflicts and protest movements.
Artur’s research interests include the influence of defense industry interest groups on state policy. He also holds a degree in moral and psychological support from the Military Institute of Kyiv National University. In 2022, he was commissioned as a junior reserve officer and is currently serving in the National Guard of Ukraine.
