Andriana Hamar

A specialist in European integration and international relations, Andriana’s career spans both the non-governmental sector and Ukrainian state institutions.

While working at the Ministry of Defense’s Reforms Support Office, she focuses on cultivating strategic relationships with Ukraine’s key defense partners, orchestrating high-level meetings, and supporting Ukraine’s cooperation with NATO.

Previously, Andriana worked at the NGO “Building Ukraine Together”, where she developed the organization’s advocacy strategy and managed grants and partnerships.

She gained valuable experience through internships at the European Parliament working with an MEP from the Renew Political Group, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and the Department of Youth Policy of the Lviv Regional State Administration.

Andriana graduated from the Ukrainian Catholic University’s “Ethics-Politics-Economics” program and was a scholarship recipient of the Invisible University For Ukraine (IUFU) program for her research on the Europeanization of the Ukrainian parliament.
