Kateryna Tytarchuk is an expert in team development and corporate learning.

She has over ten years of experience working in international organizations, public sector, businesses, startups, and civil society initiatives. She has collaborated with Ukrainian and international teams at British Council, Intellias, Media Development Foundation, StudyDive, and lilo, as well as with NGOs and think tanks developing leadership and management competencies in the public, media, and civil sectors.

Her professional work spans human capital development, organizational transformation, coaching, customer experience, and learning design. Kateryna combines managerial and humanitarian expertise to create learning systems that foster a culture of collaboration, service, and resilience.

She holds two master’s degrees—in International Law and Foreign Philology (Chernivtsi National University). She is a certified ICF coach (ACC), a consultant in cognitive-behavioral therapy, a graduate of Kyiv Mohyla Business School (Service School, 2023), and a trainer in emotional intelligence and coaching.

In her work, she integrates tools from psychology, management, and service design to help organizations become places where people grow and find meaning in their work.
