Liliya Dvoretska

Communications expert with 12 years of experience in media and public relations. She has held positions as Editor-in-Chief of Gazeta.ua, Deputy Chief Editor of the magazines «Kraina» and «Newspaper in Ukrainian», and from 2022 to 2024 worked at the Come Back Alive Foundation, heading the PR division. She was awarded the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Honorary Distinction “For Support to the Military.” Since 2024, she has been overseeing communications for the Reforms Support Office of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

She holds a Master’s degree from the Institute of Philology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, majoring in Ukrainian Language and Literature, English Language.
